LOS ANGELES (April 3, 2020) – With just one week to go until the launch of FINAL FANTASY® VII REMAKE, SQUARE ENIX® is making the digital pre-load available starting today on the PlayStation®Store to ensure that players are ready to jump straight in to the streets of Midgar when the game releases worldwide on April 10.
“We know that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many people having to stay at home, some of you may be experiencing extra pressure on your internet bandwidth. We wanted to give all our fans some extra time to download the game,” said the game’s producer, Yoshinori Kitase.

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE is rated T (Teen) and will be available for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system on April 10, 2020.
The FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Demo is now available to PlayStation®4 system owners across the globe, allowing players to experience the opening chapter from the game.
