LOS ANGELES (Oct. 16, 2026) – Square Enix Cafe & Shop Los Angeles, the officially licensed Square Enix dining and retail destination in Little Tokyo, announced the launch of a limited-time FINAL FANTASY VII collaboration menu, bringing a new lineup of themed food, drinks and collectible items to guests for a limited period.
The new menu draws inspiration directly from the world of FINAL FANTASY VII, featuring dishes and drinks designed around iconic characters and locations from the series. Guests can expect a rotating selection of themed items throughout the promotional period, each crafted to reflect the tone and personality of the characters that inspired them.
In addition to the new menu offerings, Square Enix Cafe & Shop Los Angeles will be adding new FINAL FANTASY VII designs to its already popular cafe-exclusive giveaways during this period:
Exclusive Reservation Placemats: Guests with a table reservation will receive a randomly selected, exclusive placemat featuring various Square Enix IPs including new FINAL FANTASY VII artwork, designed as a keepsake for collectors. An in-cafe lamination station will also be available for guests who wish to preserve their placemat for an additional fee.
Drink Coasters: With each food, drink or dessert items ordered, guests will receive one random coaster featuring various Square Enix IPs, including new FINAL FANTASY VII designs, giving guests a small collectible to take home.
Since opening, Square Enix Cafe & Shop Los Angeles has become a popular gathering place for fans in Little Tokyo, offering an officially licensed dining and retail experience inspired by Square Enix properties. Dining guests are also greeted by hand-drawn wall art from renowned character designer Tetsuya Nomura.
The limited-time FINAL FANTASY VII themed menu and coaster giveaway will run from Oct. 16, 2026, through Jan. 21, 2027, while supplies last. The collaboration will be offered in two parts, each with an exclusive set of collectible coasters available only during its designated period:
